The best thing about Villa Via Lapis is the location – on a former Vineyard.  Guests enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the mountains of the Saxon Switzerland, the city of Dresden and the Abe Castles.  The whole complex is completely new boasting a stylish interior design equipped with modern technical standards.  Guest can bask in total privacy as outsiders cannot see inside the villa.

A beautiful mix of modern and Balinese, this villa offers its guests complete luxury.  The Master Suite has an oversized Queen which can also be two twins.  The guest’s suites are also large and spacious with 5 Full sized beds, all en-suite.  The house is setup so that you can have your own private suite, much like a resort accommodation. 

Besides the luxurious apartments the villa offers also a heat-able swimming pool with a reverse flow and a pool house including separate showers.   A leisure room with a bar and lounge furniture allows guests to enjoy common breakfasts and chilled evenings. This room can be also booked for events e.g. seminars, meetings or weddings, it has a size of 150 sqm.  During the summer period guests can enjoy their time on our comfortable rattan furniture on the terrace and in the pool area.  

Next to the leisure room is a separate wellness area with a sauna, a solarium and some exclusive showers. Guests can use all parts of the premises around the clock.  We also offer a garage with enough space for 6 cars and additional capacities outside for another 4 cars. The villa has its own driveway with a secure entrance system so that guests can enjoy their stay free from worries.
